University degree in Business Development, Masters degree in Development Economy, CEO of CUENDET Group until 2004, CEO of VIVAHOTEL S.r.l. until 2009; from January 2010 CEO of GeCo S.r.l., co-owner of Cotema Partners S.r.l. and GEG Management S.r.l.
Over 20 years of experience in the Hospitality Industry, his main ground of expertise covers the area of Company Administration and Organization, Finance and Control and preparation of Development Project and Strategic Marketing.

 

 

Marco Zanella

General Manager

 

Graduated from the "G. Colombatto" Hotel School in Turin, began his career in the hospitality industry at the Hotel Concord before moving on to the Hotel Royal in Turin. His experience encompasses all areas from Hotel Management to day to day operations.
In 1999 he joined Princess Cruise Lines as an Officer in the Hotel Department onboard the MV Regal Princess. This was an experience that has permitted him to gain a deeper knowledge of all departments of hotel administration in an international and multicultural environment.
In 2002 he returned to Italy to become the Sales and Marketing Director of the Hotel Royal in Turin and set the fundamentals for the organization of the Sales and Marketing Department.
In 2003 he transferred to Florence to undertake the reorganization of the Quality Policy and Procedure for the brand VIVAHOTELS - Art in our Heart; at the completion of which he moved to the organization of the Sales and Marketing Department for the hotel group.
From 2006 to 2009 he held the Managing Director position at Hotel & Tourism Services S.r.l., a company specializing in hotel management with specific competencies in the sales and web area. From January 2010 he is the General Manger of GeCo S.r.l.
His main area of expertise lies in the area of organization of hotel and conference venues, their promotion and in the preparation of Operational Marketing Plans.
